What is FamilyFest?

FamilyFests are annual indoor family festivals taking place in Denver, Colorado Springs, Orlando & Tampa. FamilyFests feature vendor products & services, family resources, prizes, kid's characters, and family activities in a casual and fun-filled environment. Admission is $5 for Adults for pre-event pricing for the Colorado Springs FamilyFest and $12 pre-event pricing for the Denver FamilyFest. Kids are free with an Adult paid admission and all family activities are free. 

 

FREE Parking & Indoors

All FamilyFests have free parking. Having free parking, encourages families to attend.  All FamilyFests take place indoors.

History Of Success Producing Family Events

FamilyFests are well attended! Past attendance of the Colorado Springs FamilyFests has been upward to 8723 in attendance. Past attendance of the Denver FamilyFests has been upward to 12,872. Past FamilyFests attendance has been so busy, that we've had to stagger attendance at our entrances just to get families inside the events.

 

If you want to market to the decision maker and buyer for Families then you want to exhibit, bag stuff and/or sponsor FamilyFest! Our main demographic is women (Moms), generally the primary caregiver and decision maker for families. Moms come in tow with their babies and children, as well as their "significant others" and extended family members.

All vendors are required to have a free kid's activity. Having a kid's activity gets families in your vendor space and gives you the opportunity to build rapport with Parents helping you create new business relationships. FamilyFests work, vendor's rebook!

 

Sample of kid's activities for your booth, the sky's the limit: temporary tattoos, candy (packaged-nothing loose), coloring books, carnival-oriented fun, prize wheel and more.

FamilyFest is the only event that allows you to be a kid again! The goal? We all have fun and at the end of the day you create new relationships and new business! Please indicate on the advertising contract what kids' activity you will have at your booth at FamilyFest for possible free inclusion in the advertising & promotion of FamilyFest.
