Companies are placed on the floorplan based upon when we receive your payment. We finalize the floorplan one week prior to the event. When you come to the event please go to "Exhibitor Registration," and at that time we will let you know where you are located on the floorplan.

An “Exhibitor Package” will be emailed to you about 1 week prior to the show with the show setup details.

There are several Sponsorships available on a first come first served basis. Sponsorships can help your business stand out and are an excellent way to maximize exposure and increase your effectiveness at the event. In addition, we offer product distribution, advertising on the show bag and can customize a marketing approach for your company.

If you have a unique prize giveaway with at least $100 value we will list this on the show website. Fill out the appropriate area on the contract.

If you would like to give out free tickets to Brides to attend any of the Colorado Bridal Shows as a gesture of your goodwill - - please let your Account Executive know and we will get the tickets to you.
